Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your grace and mercy. You are the source of all wisdom and understanding, and I trust in Your unfailing love. Just as Jesus taught us to come to You in times of need, I bring my burdens and lay them at Your feet.
Lord, I am overwhelmed by the weight of my student loans and credit card debt. It feels like a mountain I cannot climb alone. But I remember Your words, Jesus, when You said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). I find comfort in knowing that You are with me, offering Your peace and guidance.
Jesus, You showed compassion to those in need, healing the sick and providing for the hungry. I ask for that same compassion and provision in my life. Help me to find ways to manage my finances wisely. Open doors for opportunities to earn and save, and grant me the discipline to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Lord, just as You fed the five thousand with five loaves and two fish, I ask for Your miraculous provision. Multiply my resources and stretch my finances to cover my needs. Give me the wisdom to make sound decisions and the courage to seek help when needed.
Father, Your Word says, “The borrower is slave to the lender” (Proverbs 22:7). I long to be free from this bondage. Help me to stay focused and determined as I work to pay off my debt. Guide me to seek counsel and support from those who can provide wise financial advice.
Jesus, You taught us to forgive and to be generous. Help me to forgive myself for any mistakes I’ve made with money and to be generous with what I have, even in my current situation. May I always remember that true wealth is found in You, not in material possessions.
Lord, I pray for peace in my heart as I navigate this journey. Help me to trust in Your timing and Your plan for my life. Remind me daily that You are my provider and that Your love for me is greater than any debt.
Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer. I trust in Your promises and believe that You will guide me through this. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
